My wife and I were referred to Austin by our lender, Congressional Bank (who was referred to us by my wife's sister who looked at probably 40 lenders for one that she liked), and he was knowledgable, nice, helpful, and a good communicator. He was a builder for 10 years, so knew what to look for in a house and made good recommendations and observations. He was on top of everything behind the scenes too. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again for future sales or purchases. UPDATE: even after a few years of us owning the house, he has continued to be helpful.
