I just happened by his office on the way home from looking for property in his area. He was very friendly and took time to determine what we had in mind. We were looking for property to put a modular home on. He suggested i carefully look into all the ramifications of that idea pointing out some significant problem areas. This information was extremely helpful. He then offered to show us a few properties before we left for home. He showed us a home in a great area that met nine of ten criteria we had set for our new home. He carefully led us through negotiations and he explained how we could handle most of the paperwork over the internet. It was a most pleasant experience.
