We were very blessed to have Austen help us sell our home in Colorado Springs. We were going to do a FSBO because the market was so hot and frankly we felt our house would sell itself. Austen agreed to help us sell it for what we would have spent on the FSBO or assist to sell websites, and he went above and beyond, acting almost like a listing agent for a fraction of the cost. He gave us signs, he did all our showings for us, he negotiated the offers, and essentially handled everything for us. We would recommend him highly to anyone who is selling or looking for a home.
