Aurel is very professional and reliable. He responded promptly to all my questions and concerns. He established a good relationship with seller's agent and negotiated in good faith for my best interest. He facilitated the closing on time, maintained communication with closing agent and followed up with concerns after closing. He was thorough performing property inspection and worked with seller to ensure necessary repairs. Aurel made purchasing my property an easy and comfortable experience process.
