She was very knowledgeable of the area and the location of the property and gave me very valuable information that would become important in my decision to make an offer to purchase the land. She guided me through the process and the purchase of the property making sure that my interests were protected in the process. Drea met with us when we decided to list our house. She gave recommendations on what will help sell it. She went over everything she would do to sell it. She looked around the market and gave us suggestions on pricing to sell it at. We decided to use her as our agent and it was the best decision we made. Once we told her we wanted to move forward she stepped on the gas and all we saw was her dust cloud. She had it listed and took pictures, video and was on the market in record time. Scheduled an open house right away. I felt sorry for her on the open house because it poured down most of the day. That did stop her, she was there and had customers packed in looking at it.
