We were constantly peppering her with questions and "ideas" and she always responded quickly and thoughtfully even if we were likely being a little silly. She had very good knowledge about the oakland market with a lot of her predictions on sale prices being spot on. She also has access to so many connections which is critical for bay area real estate. We had a bad experience with a realtor buying out condo prior and were so nervous about having someone take advantage of us again. Audrey was always honest and caring.
