Audrey and her team did an excellent video tour of our house and property which help attract interested buyers. Her sales reports were useful to seeing the interest in the property and comparable properties currently on the market. There was a period of a couple of months when activity was low. Audrey did good marketing but might have made more suggestion on how to make the house more attractive. She was very professional and knowledgeable especially of horse farm properties.
