Audrey Wiggins deserves 10 stars for dealing with me and making it to closing. The property I wanted had many, many logistical issues and other barriers but she fought hard for my husband and I to get the property we wanted. She also helped us dodge a major bullet by noticing the land only had an access easement- not utility as we had been told. She knows her stuff and will expertly guide you in the process to get the home or property you want and will work with your lawyer to make sure you are fully squared away and satisfied. She represented us as a buyers agent but I have no doubt she works just as hard to get properties listed with her sold as I have seen her advertise many open houses and listings to actively market (vs some Realtors just post on Zillow and leave it at that).

She was so good. Other agents tried to sell our unique property . She came in and within months had two offers of which one closed close to ask. She is the best for luxury properties

Audrey makes dreams come true! I needed my property to sell quickly because we were buying another property. Audrey brought in a team of people including an architect and builder to put together a good marketing plan for investors (my house was very small). With a solid plan in place the house went on the market and within hours we had number of showings scheduled. By the following morning we had two offers. Within 12 hours of listing we had a signed contract in hand for a purchase price better than we were anticipating.
