Audrey was able to help us secure our new home in an extremely competitive environment. Looking for a home late summer this year on the Eastside was incredibly difficult because of how many buyers were in the market and how quickly they were acting. We were determined to find a home to buy this year and it put us in a difficult spot because we didn't want to buy just any home, but a home that we really wanted. In such a heated market that becomes very difficult. Audrey was ready for the task and responded to all of our needs urgently, from answering questions, arranging tours, submitting offers and doing due diligence for us. Ultimately we found a home which listed in the morning, toured it midday and submitted our offer that evening along with multiple other offers. With Audrey's experience and advice we were able to draft up an offer which was most attractive to the sellers and we are so grateful for her experience, wisdom and effort to now live in that home!
