Audrey was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to the house to get it ready to sell for top dollar. She made the process a lot less scary. Negotiated with buyers so we could stay in house past closing until our new house was ready. Very knowledgeable, kind, and good at putting nerves at ease.
Audrey was a true gem of an agent! A friend recommended Audrey who worked with Audrey as an agent herself. over the past 40 years I have bought and sold 14 different properties, although that doesn't make me an expert I have seen and dealt with quite a few agents in that many transactions. Audrey was the best! Audrey performed a very comprehensive market analysis which allowed me to make an informed decision on pricing. I have had agents in the past ghost me after the listing agreement was signed however, that was NOT the case with Audrey! While I was moving into my new home, 2800 miles away, Audrey actually took care of arranging a house keeping service to prep the home for sale! When I returned from moving into my new home, my home being sold was ready to go and went on the market the next day. During the home sale Audrey kept me informed with feedback from prospective buyers. That is crucial information to know if corrections are needed with pricing, staging or other sales presentation. My home sale with Audrey was by far the easiest transaction I have ever had with no stress! I will recommend Audrey to everyone I know looking for consummate professional to sell their home! Sold our Luxury Home in Mesa AZ ... when top agents had tried and failed fir three years. Audrey sold it 3 weeks after listing. In June of 2023 ... she listed our Mesa Condo and sold it 3 weeks later. Excellent Realtor ... wonderful to work with. Sets your home in order for a quick sale ...
Audrey was wonderful from the start to finish! We both have very odd hours and schedules, but she was very accommodating. At our first meeting, she wrote down all of the things we were looking for in a house and was then able to create a list later for us of houses we might have been interested in. We were able to look at all of those houses later that weekend! We ultimately ended up finding “the one”, and we really could not thank Audrey enough for making this experience so smooth!
