Audrey Stella Ferguson

Audrey is the tip top notch!! Cannot recommend her enough to satisfy the range of compliments due. She is so attentive, a phenomenal communicator, and has absolutely turned realty into a craft. She has overseen multiple properties for me (at ONE time) and many more of my friends, per my adamant recommendation. Stella is merely short for stellar, which she most certainly IS! Don't let that middle name slip past your eye. My infinite gratitude will resound time and time again for her above and beyond professionalism and willingness to do what it takes. If everyone had 1/2 this quality of work, we would all be getting 5 stars. She gets 10.

I really enjoyed working with Audrey. I had a combo transaction with her to sell my old house and purchase something new. She had a great marketing plan for the sale of my old place and I received a fast offer. While searching for my new home she was really flexible when it came time to look at properties and she also gave valuable advice when considering certain neighborhoods and potential for resale value. Audrey was very thorough and patient with all of my questions and requests, I can't thank her enough.
