So, it was a huge help when Audrey competitively bid, and then managed the maintenance contractors and cleaning company for me. I can't recommend her higher. She also sold the house at a full price offer that was higher than I expected, as the market was starting to soften because of the significant increase in interest rates. She is truly amazing.

Audrey was a great realtor and really helped us find the best house for our family. When we were first looking at upgrading to our second house, Audrey helped us look at many different styles and areas to better find what would suit us. We had an idea of what we wanted but Audrey really tuned in to what we really wanted and molded her approach. With the market in the spring and summer being really completive we were worried about getting into a house that we wanted and not compromising. Audrey really fought for us with the offering processes with a couple of houses. She always gave us great advise and steered us away from paying to much or realizing issues with a house even before an inspection to save a us time and money. For the house we did purchase she was amazing with the offering and keeping in contact with the other realtor to make sure they knew this was the house for us. We saved money on the purchase and everything was smooth through the process. Audrey also sold our old house and did a great job of getting the most out of the small house. Audrey has great connections for selling with staging which helped sell our house even with it being in a less desirable neighborhood. We could not recommend Audrey enough!

We met Audrey last May 2021 when we were on vacation here to check out Colorado. She assisted us during this visit and showed us houses in the area and got us excited to make that move from California.
