She helped with every step of the way, including repairs to the home prior to listing, emptying the home, selling the home quickly at well above the asking price, and facilitating the sale long distance so travel back was not required. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable, organized, and wonderful to work with! I can't recommend her highly enough!!!

Audrey was the realtor we needed to get us into a home during a crazy pandemic real estate season. She always made time for us and answered every call, email or text no matter what time of day or night it was. Audrey was a constant professional. She was extremely informative from start to finish and you could tell she knew her job well. She led us through multiple round of negotiations with FSBO and realtors alike. Audrey was very helpful and executed a quick turnaround for our property. We sold with some furniture and she helped negotiate this as well. Overall the experience was great and we'd highly recommend her to others, particularly in the King Farm community where she is an expert!
