From the moment we started working with Audrey, I felt like an expert was guiding us. Her experience as a buyer's agent allowed her to anticipate our needs while also allowing us to make an informed decision. We were never rushed into a decision, yet we constantly benefited from her advice. We have been through the buying and selling process a total of six times and never have felt more supported than with Audrey. All administrative tasks were completed ahead of time and I never felt the need to rush.

Audrey and Ed were very helpful when we looked for our new home. Their many years of experience working in the local market was incredibly helpful since we were coming from out of state. I like that they didn’t try to force us to do virtual tours only like some other realtors. In fact, they don’t do virtual tours for buyers. I got a little frustrated at being told the same thing multiple times but I suspect that is because people usually need to be told things often. With all the things she made us do and all the info we had to have available, I can imagine she would be a fantastic sellers agent. She really listened to what we said we wanted and tried to steer us away from things that wouldn’t work to help everyone avoid time wasted.

My husband and I had been set to go with another realtor to sell our home. My sister, who has worked for Audrey and Ed for close to 30 years insisted that we should talk with Audrey and Ed before we signed any papers with the other realtor and oh my goodness, are we happy that my sister was so insistent. From the moment we met Audrey, we knew we were going to love her. She was straight forward with us and told us exactly what we needed to do to sell our home quickly. It became very obvious very quickly that that were more than well informed, gracious and forth coming with their knowledge of the market and what we needed to do in this market to sell our home quickly and hard workers! There was never a time that I texted or called Audrey (sometimes in a panic) day or night, weekend or not ~ that Audrey did not pick up or call me back right away. We were so impressed with them we ended up naming Ed “the energizer bunny” and this went for Audrey as well. My husband’s worst fear was that we would have to carry two mortgages. But Audrey assured him, without giving false hope, that we should not have to do that and sure enough, our home had 12 offers within a couple of days. We closed on our new home and exactly one week later we closed our home in Maryland. What a relief! The booklet that they did with all of the pictures and measurements was beyond impressive and a sweet keepsake of the home that we lived in for 36 years. We raised our family in that home and it was very difficult to leave it ~ what a gift to have such a sweet reminder of the house we loved and lived in for so long. Also her website is amazing ~ my sister does an amazing job and I was thrilled that she was the one who got to post the pictures!!!! We cannot say enough about Audrey and Ed. We engaged Audrey to sell our home. We lived in the home for 31 years and we have seen Audrey successfully list and sell several homes in our neighborhood. Over 100 people viewed our home that first weekend and we received three offers within a few days, all in excess of our asking price. Audrey presented them professionally, pointing out the benefits and possible concerns of each. We accepted an offer only to have that person back out within a week. Undeterred, Audrey pursued the other two offers and was able to bring a fourth offer to the table in a few days. We accepted one of the original offers and Audrey managed the inspections and other questions expeditiously and professionally to closure. Audrey is a knowledgeable professional agent focused on her clients success. She is very friendly and personable but also direct when she has to be which is very helpful. We could not be happier working with Audrey or with the results she achieved. She truly went above and beyond for us!
