Audrey had the most recent knowledge of home sales in the Carmichael area (based on square footage etc.) and current range of how I might want to price my home. We had open communication including pros and cons for decisions I made. Once on the market, Audrey kept me informed every step of the way (open houses/feed back, offers etc. I did drop the asking price once and almost immediately had an acceptable offer. The 'whole process' took 2 months from start to finish from the initial signing to the wiring of the home sale amount to my Credit Union account. So glad I chose Audrey Murphy as my agent.
