My husband and I met Audrey after house hunting for over 6 months. Audrey was representing the seller of a beautiful house in the city we live in. When I called Audrey for the first time, I was saddened to know the house was going to list at a price over our budget. Days went by and I received a text message from Audrey asking us if we were interested in seeing the house… we knew that house was out of price point, but my husband and I decided to see it anyway. We not only fell in love with the house, but we really liked Audrey! At that point, we did not have a realtor because we had a couple bad experiences, but when we left, we knew Audrey was going to represent us! Well.. she did.. and with this very same beautiful home! She referred us to a great loan officer (who bought us down a point) and was able to get the seller to lower the price of his home (by cutting her commission by probably more than half). She really made a dream come true! They say it takes a village, and that was very much the case here. I don’t do reviews often, but Audrey deserves a 5 star review and more! If you’re looking for an honest realtor who really has your best interest, Audrey is your girl. I will forever refer all my family and friends to Audrey Lynn.
