Audrey stepped in and recommended a mortgage broker that got us a mortgage payment only 100.00 more than our rent. Audrey negotiated a great deal, got us a better than great mortgage company and recommended truly honorable contractors for some needed repairs. We were new to the area and she made our transition so easy. The mortgage company completed our mortgage process in under 30 days. I will recommend Audrey to anyone I know. She is terrific!
