AUDREA HERRERA

We had an extremely difficult time selling a house. First we got it under contract, then they found title problems, then we got it under contract with a different buyer, which then fell out of contract, then we found a buyer who wanted a laundry list of things fixed and inspector who seemed to want to kill the deal. Audrea was awesome during the entire experience. Two thumbs up, highly recommended. She always returned my calls and prospective buyers calls promptly and a lot of agents don't do that.

Audrea went above and beyond ensuring we made our purchase on our new home, even with our very tight time crunch as we were moving from out of state and only had a week to view houses. Thank you so much Audrea for getting us through until the finish line and closing on our new home.

Audrea was professional and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

This was our first time searching for a new home. Audrea was very tuned in to our needs, wants and desires. She was there for us every step of the way. Every house we looked at checked off of the boxes but we found the one that did and then some! We appreciate you so much for listening to what we wanted and didn't stop until we found it!
