My experience with Audra was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we began working together she was extremely helpful and professional. She came and did a walk through and was honest about things that should be done to the house to boost the value and was able to assist with recommendations when the inspection revealed some additional repairs that needed to be completed. I was kept abreast in real time of how the process was going and was always told what to expect before each next step. She was always available to answer a question or give her expertise on anything that came up all the way through closing. She knows the market well and priced the house just right to get eyes on the property which led to a quick and easy sale. This was my first experience with selling a home and I look forward to working with Audra again when I get ready to buy something else.
