Moving to a new state isn't the easiest thing to do, especially during a pandemic. We started our house hunt in 2020 but because of restrictions we had to postpone meeting Aubrey until 2021. She was more than understanding and patient with our ever changing schedule and once we were finally able to get our schedule in place she moved her schedule around to accommodate. We had a short period of time to pick a house so we viewed multiple properties and drove for hours each day. We were even standing in the kitchen to a property debating on putting down an offer when she refreshed the information, to sadly find out an offer had just been accepted. Feeing defeated after a long and final few days of hunting, we went back to her office to figure out or next steps when a property popped up at 5pm. Needless to say we were more than exhausted but Aubrey was more than willing to take us to the property (which was over an hour drive), and within 4 hours of that listing going live, we had an offer sent out for the property and it was accepted. We couldn't have been more excited on how everything played out. Aubrey made our search a perfect experience. She was patient and reassuring when I had a frustration breakdown, feeling defeated and stressed. She worked past normal business hours to make our dreams come true.
