Aubreigh Hutchison

Aubreigh was referred to us by a friend who used Her as their realtor in South Florida. They were very pleased with the service, attention and care Aubreigh gave them. Based on that we went with Aubreigh to help us rent our apartment out during the high season months as we lived full time in NY. She did an excellent job advertising and promoting our apartment. As a result she found us wonderful tenants who continued to come back for several years. We then sold our apartment and bought a new one. It was a very complicated sale. Aubreigh handled the negotiations, legal issues within her expertise and held our hands through a roller coaster sale and purchase. We were extremely impressed with the care, knowledge and experience Aubreigh brought to the process. The sale/purchase went through after overcoming many obstacles thanks to Aubreigh.
