Astrid arrived at the property with the comparable sales of other homes in the area, gave me her thoughts and the price range that she felt it would fit in, based on the current market. I set my price. She had the lockbox, all the necessary paperwork with her for the listing, property information, etc. This made the procedure much easier. I didn’t have to go anywhere! The sign was put up the next day. I always got calls before a showing. Property was sold within a month with multiple offers. She continued to follow up and the closing went smoothly.
