How grateful I am that our realtor was Ashton Cayce! From the beginning to the end of our transaction, I felt assured that Mrs. Cayce would handle each transaction efficiently. Ashton kept my husband and me informed of everything that happened -- from understanding all documents to be signed to deposits required by escrow to what was happening on the buyer's side. If there was something she was unsure of, she immediately consulted her broker to ascertain answers to our questions. When "hiccups" arose (as it always does in buying or selling a house), Ashton's constant communication invoked a calming effect, assuring that it would all work out.
