There are agents help you to buy, sell homes to make your new venture, thats a fact, but very rarely people make you feel happy for every aspect of your buying and selling. Ashok was our agent for over 3yr while we evolved from looking for a cheap condo, through townhouse and finally to a single family home -- with long breaks as life demanded. After 3yrs he is more like a friend than an agent. He is very friendly, even our little toddler son loves him. He worked with us very patiently while we ourselves were figuring our taste and needs. He tells you the truth, he doesn't rush you into selling something. He is very professional and very responsive. When our home came through finally, it had to be closed on a rush due to seller requirements.
