I was very surprised at how efficient and knowledgeable the Sold Sisters were from start to finish. They did a walk through before they listed it, and gave us great advice on ways to save money, and how and what needed to be updated before it was listed. They did a great job with the listing, and gave us great feedback. As soon as we got an offer, they moved quickly, and worked well with us and the buyer. We did have a few hiccups, with appraisal, but they worked through them with great professionalism, and knowledge, and we ended up getting top dollar.
