Ashley cheerfully showed us numerous homes. Each one was lacking that one little thing. She helped but did not pressure us to bid on a couple of them. Then, when the exact home that checked ALL the boxes came along, she had a strategy to outbid others while not outbidding ourselves. I am sad for anyone doesn't get Ashley to help them out!
