Great personality always excited when answering phone calls for questions and concerns ,positive and energetic. Will definitely recommend her to any friends or family. Has the right connection to stage your home or for big or small repairs to help sell your house.
Ashley was always available and quick to respond. Much of our correspondence after we started the marketing was via text message which was great for me and my preferred way of communicating, Ashley was always quick to reply. Her input, expertise and network in this market was invaluable as we not only sold the home, but she also found us a great home to purchase in town before it officially came onto to the market. We definitely had a lot of moving parts in this home sale and subsequent home purchase and Ashley's references from movers to estate sales managers was invaluable and spot on. Would definitely recommend her to be your next agent!
Ashley made the experience of selling a home completely painless. She walked me through every step, answered every question I had and helped me with the things I needed to have done to the home to get it sold. From listing to closing was less than 6 weeks!
Ashley was by far the greatest agent. Ashley went above and beyond was always keeping me updated during my crazy work hours. She made the sell of my house a breeze.10/10 recommended
Ashley Washburn became a friend for life for me during this process. It was probably the worst timing, politically and economically, for listing a house. Because of Ashley's creativity, hard work and dedication (not to mention hand holding) she got us an amazing deal. 10/10 will use Mrs. Washburn for all my real-estate needs in the future! Thank you Ashley!!
I give Ashley 5 stars on our second transaction with her. She is my go to for all real estate needs!
Ashley Washburn goes above and beyond anyone I know! She makes herself available 24/7. She explained each step of the process to sell my house!! She answered every question and explained every detail beyond my expectations! She literally sold my house in a month and even when the buyer needed an extension she still made it happen in six weeks total! She handled every concern I had with knowledge and a great attitude through it all! Give her a call! You won’t be disappointed! She made it happen with service and a smile!
Ashley knows her stuff and is on top of it. I would use her again and refer all my family and friends.
Ashley was great to work with on the sell of our home! She is professional, communicative and helpful every step of the way. She sold our home quickly and I would highly recommend her!
We had an exceptional experience with Ashley Washburn, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process of buying/selling our land. Ashley was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, providing us with detailed insights and data that helped us make informed decisions. She was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and her communication was prompt and clear. What stood out the most was her willingness to work with our complex situation that involved a TRIPLE contingency! When things got tough, she never lost sight of making our dreams happen! Thanks to Ashley's hard work and professionalism, we felt confident every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in this journey, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and/or land!
Ashley met all of my expectations during the listing, showing and selling of my home. She went above and beyond what a real estate agent should handle during the whole process before and after the sale. Choosing Ashley as my agent was the best discussion I could have made.
