Ashley is truly extraordinary! Ashley has great market knowledge and is a terrific advocate. From beginning to end, she advocated for us within each facet of the process. She is an excellent communicator and was available to us throughout the entire process. So much of buying and selling is time sensitive and Ashley is a great leader at facilitating each step and the multitude of situations that come with it. Ashley was always calm, patient, and professional. You can see that she has such a vast wealth of knowledge because she navigated through the parts of the process with such grace. Ashley is spectacular! My husband and I were looking to move from out of state to Denver, and Ashley could not have made the home-buying experience easier. Throughout the process, Ashley was extremely communicative. She showed us different neighborhoods and really helped refine what we were looking for. While we were back home, she made time to take detailed videos of homes we were interested in. Additionally, Ashley is super quick: she knows the market, she knows the process, and she has your back if you don't feel comfortable with something! If I could put an explanation point on our experience with Ashley, it's that she really cares about her clients. While I had several "oh-crap-what-am-I-doing" moments, Ashley would calmly walk me through those emotions. Not saying she's also a therapist lol, but she definitely knows how to make you feel good about your decision. Ashley is by far the best realtor I have ever used. She helped me with the sale of a home and the purchase of a new home. As part of the sale, Ashley had a professional photographer come out and take high quality pictures. She held an open house and my house was sold within a week for way more money than I expected. For the purchase of my new home, Ashley spent a couple weeks showing me homes, putting in offers and negotiating with other realtors. She keeps a tight deadline, keeps you informed, is incredibly knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to make sure that you are satisfied as a client. Sure, everyone has a realtor referred to them by a friend, family or coworker but I can assure you that Ashley will far exceed any other realtor out there.

The first time I met Ashley in person, we were already under contract for my house in Colorado! I was living in Arizona at the time, getting ready to uproot and reestablish my life in Colorado. But with the heavy work schedule I had prior to moving, unfortunately I did not have time to visit Colorado in person before making the final decision on my house. Despite how crazy that may sound, Ashley made the decision so much easier, and natural with how much she was able to communicate with me. From consistent updates, filtering through my preferences, helping calculate commuting times, sending plentiful pictures and videos, using her own extensive knowledge of the Colorado area to help me choose a fitting home, helping narrow down all the options, and instilling complete confidence in my final decision. Going under contract shortly after, without ever seeing the house or meeting Ashley in person. I know it may sound strange, but this is the level of comfort, trust, and expertise she shared with me. And man, was it a wonderful home. I ended up living there for over 4 years, very much enjoying the house, which became my home. When it was finally time to move on, Ashley made the selling process just as easy for me. Constantly answering all of my questions, helping me stay ahead of deadlines and paperwork, and really helping me tie everything together with the house. It was such a smooth transition and transaction thanks to her. I have already, and will continue to recommend Ashley to my friends and family looking for a home in Colorado. She has always gone above and beyond, and I will always be grateful for her help and service.

Ashley is an AMAZING agent. She took the time to meet with us face to face to sell our house. The photographer she hired made our house look perfect. Even the sign she ordered in the front yard made the whole listing look professional. She walked us through the entire process and keep us up to date on all of the market changes in my neighborhood (new listings, changes to listings etc.) to ensure we were always making the right decision. My wife and I recently moved to Colorado, and Ashley helped us buy our first house here. While the market is not quite as difficult for buyers as it has been in recent years, it still presents quite a few challenges. Ashley was an incredible help every step of the way. She reassured us that we could find a house that met our needs. She helped us dial our search in to neighborhoods that suited us. She patiently helped us understand many aspects of the real estate market that are unique to Colorado (we have owned homes before on the east coast). She was a constant voice of (realistic) positivity.
