Ashley did an outstanding job helping us find a house. She went above and beyond what we had expected. Her negotiation skills were tremendous. We offer-counter offered eight times before the seller finally agreed and Ashley did all the work. Our house buying process started just prior to Thanksgiving, through the Thanksgiving holiday almost to Christmas and she was there the entire time. Even with the excepted offer she assisted us by ensuring the items identified during the home inspection were corrected by the seller including a radon mitigation system. I highly recommend her as your realtor.

Ashley was the best realtor to take care of my fiance and I for being first time home buyers. Right when we started contacting her she had open availability at all times, including when my fiance would text her in the late night finding a house that we liked. She would give us answers within the hour or even look at the house within the hour. She helped negotiate money back just on knowledge of looking around the house or things that the sellers were slipped in the contract that she caught. We were the longest closing in one day from difficult sellers and we were there from open to close plus going to an attorney. In the end she was with us every step of the way and got us the best house we could ever think of in our price range with it being lowered and money back. She is very sweet, friendly, & kind. I will most definitely recommend her to anybody looking for a house.
