When it came time to close we ran into some issues with the owner / title company and she was able to assist in getting the issue resolved. She went above and beyond and that is not to be taken lightly at all. I was so impressed with her capabilities I stayed in touch with her after the transaction and she continued to happily point me in the right direction and treat me as a friend in which we have become over the experience.
