Helped with staging recommendations, paint color selection, photography angles for online marketing and even showings when we couldn't get the house prepared for a potential buyer. She was also very thorough with pricing, familiarity with comps and timing of the listing in a tough market. She also picked up beautiful orchids and towels and placed them throughout the house to add color and warmth. Hands down she's the best! We'd highly recommend Ashley to other potential clients.
