She is just wonderful, both as a realtor and as a person. If we could, we'd rate her 6/5 stars.We were first-time homebuyers, new to California, and had a somewhat inflexible timeline because we were moving out of an apartment- our contract was set to expire in three weeks. With Ashley these issues turned out to be irrelevant.We had done our own research and had a list of homes we wanted to visit, and Ashley not only helped us to view them, but she even found some we had missed. It was particularly useful that she had studied architecture- something that other realtors we tried pretended to know, but really didn't. We scheduled the visits for a narrow window after 4:30 pm (after work), and Ashely was able to schedule everything (often 10 homes/week) all usually within 5 days. She even honored our own prioritization and got us into seeing them first. She gave us space while looking in the home but also pointed out things we would have missed (such as potential structural issues). She always showed up on time, followed COVID protocols to the letter, was always reachable, and communicated updates if we had questions for the listing agent.We also met Wendy in-person toward the close of Escrow, and she was wonderful (we understand she worked quite a bit behind the scenes) but we primarily worked with Ashely.With Ashley we had and smooth experience, as stress-free as home buying can be, and met an amazing realtor and wonderful person.
