This was my third time using Ashley Schaus as a realtor and I would use her services 10 times more! We had to go through quite the ordeal with buyers lender and she did an amazing job of communication with them and getting documents to them in a timely manner. Ashley is patient and professional. She understands the military lifestyle and the demands that go along with it. I had to close after I had already PCS’ed (moved) to Texas. Ashley took care of everything! She kept me informed and she took all the stress out of my move. Her knowledge of real estate is beyond anyone else I have worked with! If I am ever back in NC, she will be the first person I call! , I cannot imagine using anyone but her to assist me!
