First time seller of a house. Did a quick google search and saw Ashley pop up. I thought if I dont agree with any part of the process what do I have to lose... So I went with my gut and called Ashley she came over the following weekend explained everything to me and I was very comfortable leaving Ms. Schaus in charge of all the roles that pertain to selling the house. I was expecting a couple weeks to pass before I heard anyone wanted to look at the house but Ms. Schaus had folks lined up to look at the property and a weekend later I had a bid for the house at asking price and well from there everything continued to proceed smoothly and without any issues.
