Exceptional agent! We used Mrs. Schaus as our agent when we bought our home, and used her as our selling agent when we sold it. She is the best! Mrs. Schaus is a very professional, straight to the point, and honest agent with your best interest in mind! She will take the time to explain real estate terms and processes that most of us don’t understand, so that you are not totally lost in the process. She is very punctual and accurate & effectively maintains communication which saves alot of time! Ashley was so awesome to work with to sell my house in Fayetteville, NC. We wanted to sell to someone who needed it and not an investor. She was more patient that I was LOL! I actually had contacted about 3 realtors as I am not from the area and the house was a rental that we fixed up to sell.
