Ashley Sabol

The most important decision I made in selling my home was selecting Ashley Sabol as my realtor. I was selling a home in a relatively isolated location that need some work done on it after sitting vacant for an extended time. Ashley was timely, punctual, professional.....things that most realtors are. But what set her apart was that she knew the market, the property, and the buyers. She helped identify the repairs to make, those to NOT make, when to list, and the best way to market my home. She set a listing price that I agreed to and then began to question myself. When I spoke with her about raising the listing price, her response started with, "We can do what you want, but in my professional opinion......" I was smart enough to defer to her expertise and she sold my house in two days. There were multiple offers and all were well over the listing price (and over the amount that I had considered raising the price to!). Ashley did so much work behind the scenes that I am sure I do not even know all of it. But I can tell you that I am thankful for Ashley and her ability to walk me through this process and answer all of questions, even when they were outside of her area of responsibility (questions about tax implications, local business references, inspections, the appraisal process, etc.). I could not recommend Ashley Sabol in any stronger terms. My review does not do her justice. I was truly blessed to work with her on this transaction.
