Ashley did an absolutely amazing job helping me through buying my first property. I honestly cannot give her and the experience enough praise, and I feel so lucky that she was my realtor. She went above and beyond to make sure I was seeing all listings within my price range and area, and she was always available when I needed her- which is so important in the current market and everything changes by the hour!She helped me through the process of making an offer and negotiating with the sellers (She actually got me the property for under the asking price and got the sellers to put on a new roof for me!). She was with me every step of the way and always made sure my questions were answered. She is very communicative and ensures you know and understand any deadlines in regard to due diligence and financing-- which I found tremendously valuable, there is a lot to do! I also have great things to say about the lender she recommended (shout out to City Wide loans! ) and the company used for the home inspection. Her team does not leave a single stone unturned. I would, without a doubt, recommend Ashley to anyone looking to buy a home! You will not get a better realtor than her- she is tough and works hard for you.
