Her professionalism, attention, and sales skills earned us a dozen offers to choose from-- and she guided us with the utmost expertise and care from beginning to end. As for advertising and selling; Ashley found the perfect photographer and designed an attractive web presence as well as flyers. As a matter of fact, she cared enough to advise us to hold out on offers which already exceeded the asking price by a considerable sum before the scheduled open house. This we found amazing as she could have taken the easy way out and could have closed the deal about three hours after the house went on sale. Yet, she continued to advertise on all social- media, distributed flyers, and held a stressful two-day open-house. Beyond all this, what we as a military family really appreciated, was the way she helped in preparing the house. We currently live in Maryland, and I had only 10 days to find an agent and get the house ready.. Ashley, helped me find a garbage service that picked up loose garage and yard waste at a reasonable price, and also took it upon herself to help with replacing some light switches, plugs, and a door that renters had changed or taken off. In the end, the house sold and closed in exactly the time frame she had given me at our first meeting, albeit at a much higher price than anticipated! Throughout all this, Ashley remained professional, kept us informed along the way, took extreme care that everything ran smoothly and showed extreme expertise in advising us which offer would be best.
