I have contacted Ashley to look for a home for our family. I have given her the specific information on what we wanted, a newer home on water, and land and a certain area. She had found the home of our dreams. She never pressured us into settling for something less than what we wanted and always had excellent communication no matter the time of day. She guided us through the inspection process and provided us with all the pertinent information that was needed to get everything ready for a speedy closing. I was so pleased, I used her to sell our home in Venice. The home had four offers in six hours, two being cash offers and one over asking. She is an amazing person and the best experience that I ever had on selling or buying a home.
