Once we found our home she walked us through everything and checked on the house while we were in contract. She was great from start to end of the whole process. Throughout the process, Ashley has been a highly professional, patient and trusted Buyer's agent for our family in our search and successful purchase of a new home in the NC Triad area. As we were not local to the region, buying a home "remotely" in the current market is particularly challenging. Also purchasing a home in NC has some unique aspects. Over the course of a year, we had many consultations with Ashley and she explained everything fully from start to finish. With Ashley guidance, we were prepared and she coached us to wining strategy. As a long term resident, Ashley know the Piedmont Triad region extremely well. Over the course of over a year we made a few trips to the region. Ashley met with us and was able to guide us to survey different areas in the region to find several we really wanted to live. Ashley was very patient during this process. When it came time to prepare an offer, Ashely guided us through the contract process and helped us determine the fair market value of the home. During the selection process, Ashley stood by as we spent multiple hours, on two visits before we finally make the offer. There was a minor issue once the contract was accepted - and - Ashley skillfully worked with the other realtor to arrive at a very satisfactory solution. In summary, Ashley was a highly valued, patient, and trusted agent. She's know the region and the market. I would certainly recommend her to family, friends, and anyone reading this review.

She was very insightful regarding each home we toured. She was thorough with the listings and very insightful regarding programs that would help with down payment. She was skillful with negotiations with the sellers and helped put us in touch with Bruce Canada with Atlantic Bay, when our bank couldn’t work with us. Both worked together to help us get a home.
