Becoming a first-time homeowner was an undaunting task that was made easier by Ashley Reed. Ashley was at my "beck and call, text, and email" throughout the process. (This also included the weekends.) If I needed questions answered about the home, she found the answer and promptly shared the information with me. Not only did Ashley make suggestions when needed, which was often during the home buying process, but she also attended the showing pointing out possible issues, and she explained items on the contract and land lease. At one point, Ashley went so far as to go to the property manager to pick up the needed paperwork which we had been waiting to receive. I told Ashley that I needed to adopt her because she made herself available whenever I needed questions answered or when I needed her input.
