There aren’t enough stars to give Ashley that would adequately describe the level of excellence she brings to every aspect of the home buying process. Her level of care at every step was remarkable and she went above and beyond in ways that left us stunned. Ashley made the process easy and painless. No matter if we buy our next house in the triangle or in Alaska, there is no way we will call anyone else to serve as our realtor. She knew the market well, explained every step with in great detail, returned/took our calls day or night, and helped us get the best price on our home. Even though she juggles many clients she made us feel like we were the only ones. Ashley is the best, it’s not even close.

Ashley is amazing. Without her, I would not have been able to navigate through the process of buying a home that was actually pre-construction. I had no idea she was going to be involved at every stage to make sure everything went great for me. We highly recommend Ashley and her team if you are looking to sell or buy real estate in the Raleigh area. Ashley was always there for us and our property was sold in a matter of days. She and her assistant Michele could always be reached to answer questions and to steer us through the negoitians process. One of the most important things that Ashley did was to prepare our house for the sale. In a matter of just two weeks she had the house completely refurbished and looking great, ready for a sale. We painted the entire house, replaced all of the flooring, remodeled the kitchen with new quartz counters and all new appliances. She replaced light fixtures and ceilng fans. She did this all within our budget. The house was practecally brand new for the new buyers and because of that, we had numerous offers the day it went on the market.

From the moment we met her, she was engaging and made us feel at ease. She was fully committed to working with us while we explored our housing choices. She was easily accessible and responsive to all phone calls and texts. Ashley is a genuine, wonderful person and a true pleasure to work with.
