We quickly found the right home at the right price, offered a fare price for the home at market value. Inspections uncovered a few things that needed further inspection like the cracking stucco that might need a destructive inspection. Seller did not want to offer credit to the buyers for repairs, but Ashley was able to work a deal that worked for both parties and get us to closing.
