Ashley is a true real estate professional that has helped us buy two homes and sell one. She is excellent across many different price points as our first house was more of a starter home and our second home is our “forever dream home” with a higher price tag and more upscale neighborhood. This market is brutal and you need an aggressive realtor to get what you want. Ashley processed 3 homes for me in short order. (Some buying, some selling) Her handling of all the paperwork. The signings, inspections, transfers were exceptional. The whole process was very fast, and easy. The first listing to sell was listed Friday, closed the following Friday. Those included inspections, quick claim deed etc. She handled it all.
