To all that may benefit – Recently my husband received a job transfer from California to Florida. After a search of the gulf coast, we decided to re-locate in the Sarasota area. From the first meeting, Ashley Parr - from Keller Williams Realty Select, was amazing to work with. Ashley listened to what we were looking for and didn’t try to sell us something else. We were somewhat uncertain as to the area we wanted to end up, but we did know we wanted a community with a marina or boat docks. Ashley (patiently) showed us many areas with possibilities. At one point, we had concluded we were going to end up with a new home development in Nokomis. We were at the airport about to fly out, when a new listing came on the market in the neighborhood that we really liked. Ashley drove to the house the very next day, and we were able to do a Facetime walk through with her of the home and property. We made an offer and the home is now ours! After the sale, Ashley then went above and beyond to help us with painters and finish carpenters. She made the long distance transition easy for us. We are now all moved in and loving our new home. Thanks to Ashley she was able to find us exactly the home we were looking for. I would, have and will highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a home in the greater Sarasota area. Five Stars!
