In addition to helping us QUICKLY sell our house (even during the early fall, outside of the typical selling season), Ashley was professional, flexible, patient, and encouraging throughout the process of selling our house. She was quick with ideas for addressing aesthetic and functional issues affecting the selling potential of the house, and also in connecting us with services to get work done. We had lots of snafus with the sale/contract itself (totally unrelated to anything she had done; e.g., a leak randomly springing just a day AFTER our inspection); she gave me numerous pep talks in the midst of those frustrating and stressful moments.

Ashley is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with in Charlottesville! I had been working with realtors for 2 years looking for the perfect condo. With Ashley's help, I found the perfect place in less than a week. Yes, good timing was a factor, but Ashley listened to what I wanted and began working immediately to help me find my beautiful home. My wife and I bought our new home long distance from Belgium. Ashley drove all around the Charlottesville area dedicating a whole day to do video walk throughs for/with us over Skype. She recommended areas to look given my new work location and was very honest about what she saw with the condition of each house we looked at.
