I highly recommend Ashley whether you are buying or selling a property. She jumped right in let me know what made sense to repair and we were under contract 3 days after the open house. She also negotiated a rent back deal for me to stay in my old house for 30 days after the sale to allow me time to make the move. From start to finish it was a great experience.
