Ashley came into our home before listing and room by room Made a list of everything needed to be done for House to have more eye appeal and repairs to be done before listing. It took us a good month get ready. Ashley Was already prepared for listing to show as soon as We completed the work to be done. Finally the house Was listed with a sign in yard. The house got a low contract offer 1st day. The 2nd day we received a full price contract That we accepted and completed the sale.
