After working with Ashley, I can only assume that she has a lot of experience in real estate. Ashley's knowledge about the buying process is amazing. We were given the greatest attention and communication every step of the way and we are so happy that we worked with a real estate agent, especially like Ashley. She has a lot of tools and uses them to best advise her clients. (market analysis, neighborhood data, ...) Ashley is not a sit back and hope things happen kind of agent. We decided to buy a house that was listed as a short sale. Ashley knew exactly how that works as well. In this case, the seller's lender is a part of the process and Ashley guided us through and knew what to watch for in order to protect us. We can definitely recommend Ashely and we will be working with her again.
