Where to even start? It’s important to note that my wife and I had never sold a home before. We built this property in a planned community through a national builder a few years ago. We are relocating out of state next summer, and we decided in late July to try to catch the market bump right before school started.

While she did all this, Ashley was warm and personable. My wife and I are both in education, and we have two small children, so Ashley worked with us to be available around our busy schedule.
